- Meet with you to discuss the current market, your needs and wants and strategies to ensure success when we find the perfect home
- Set you up on an automated search system so you are receiving listings as soon as they go up for sale. (Some homes sell before they hit realtor.ca)
- If needed, introduce you to a mortgage provider for pre approval
- Show you homes when you are available. Also, inform you of recent comparable sales in that neighborhood so you can make an educated decision while keeping resale value in mind
- When you find a home you love, act quickly and negotiate favorable terms for you while adding clauses in the offer that protects you
- Introduce you to home inspectors, water/ well professionals, insurance agents, and lawyers that will help streamline the process and ensure your best interests are taken care of
- Make sure a final walkthrough is done on your home so there are not any “surprises” at closing.
- Even after you move in, I will keep you up to date about the market and your neighborhood. It’s always fun watching your home increase in value.
